Is my online payment secure?

Yes, it very secure. All the data related to you payment are encrypted and are accessible only on the platte form of payment. The small cadenas appears. It means that your information is properly encrypted. Before sending the payment file Ogone e-Commerce always checks that your connection is safely encrypted.

How can I be sure that my payment is safely encrypted?

There are 2 ways to check it.

1/ By clicking on the right side of your mouse when you are on the Ogone payment platteform, in " propriétés" the URL address is refered to as a secured address: " adresse url : https://secure.ogone.com/ncol/prod/orderstandard.asp ".

2/ On the site www.bcc.be (official site of Bank Card Company) you will find the alphabetical list of the reliable Internet sites where you can safely buy with your bank card.

Are you reliable?

First of all, our site has been checked and analysed by the department "PME- Région Wallonne" but everything has also been done to secure all the online transactions and to provide the reliable services you expect. We are prosperous and respected and our shop keeps on developing since its birth. Do not hesitate to visit our web site as refer on the site in "who are we?"

Do you have a shop?

Can I modify my order once I have the order confirmation?

No. In order to guaranty a maximum of efficacy and quick service, your order will be treated immediately upon receipt.

Shall I enjoy the benefit of the better price mentioned yesterday on your site?

No, the prices are those mentioned on the site at the time you are placing the order.

Is it possible to book an item?

No. The items are booked only once they are ordered

Your item is cheaper on another site, what can you do?

Nothing. Our policy is strict and remains unchanged for everyone. The prices are those mentioned on the site and, except in case of typing mistake, result from a specific and well considered calculation corresponding to our marketing strategy.

When do we have to pay the transport fee ?

The transport fee are clearly mentioned before you confirm the order. They will be debited together with the total amount of your order when you confirm the payment. The transport charges related to the returned goods are at your expenses.

What will happen if I am not home for the delivery?

Someone must acknowledge upon receipt of your parcel. If you know that you will be out by the time of delivery you can ask for the delivery to an other address when you are placing your order. In case you are unexpectedly out at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave you a notice. You will then have to contact them in order to organise a new delivery.

Can I receive my parcel at a specific moment of the day ?

No, the delivery planning does not depend on us. It is determined by the carrier.

I am still waiting for my parcel?

In case you have not received your parcel and if you have received no delivery notice or any-e-mail, please contact us by e-mail (info@zonetrial.com) and we will give you as quickly as possible the relevant details concerning your order.

Can I receive my parcel during the week-end ?

No, unfortunately there is no delivery during the week-end.

When shall I receive my parcel?

The legal delivery time is 30 days but the parcels are usually delivered within 3 to 7 days. In case we should have any delay we would immediately inform you. However, if you have no news please do not hesitate to contact us (info@zonetrial.com). We will immediately check and give you the exact status of your order.

How can I exchange an item ?

You will find all the details to exchange an item in our general terms. We have explained there how to proceed to send us back the item that does not suit you.

I need a spare part for an item I have bought on your site, can you order it for me?

We will do all our best to find it. Please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail with all the necessary details. Thanks to keep in mind though that if the part you are looking for is not available on the site it is possibly due to the fact that it is difficult to find and that it may be longer than expected

Can you supply me with something that is not on your site?
